Terms & Conditions :

•	Rates are based on per person per night on twin sharing basis in One Bedroom Deluxe Apartment.
•	Surcharge for Single Occupancy or for a Single Golfer rates are as shown above.
•	Reservations are to be made at least 7 days prior to date of arrival.
•	Minimum of 3 Golfers are required on weekdays after 4.30pm.
•	Minimum of 3 Golfers are required on weekends irrespective of hours play.
•	One night charge will be imposed for cancellations less than 3 days prior to arrival.
•	Golf etiquette to be strictly adhered. Long Pants, Bermuda Shorts and proper golf shoes are allowed except athlete shorts.
•	Tee-Off time for 9 holes game is between 7.30 am and 5.00pm.
•	Tee-Off time for 18 holes game is between 7.30 am and 2.30pm.
•	The above rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax inclusive of breakfast.
•	Rates are based on per person basis.
•	All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia
•	No refund or rebate for unutilized component of the package.
•	Check Out time : 12.00 noon. Check In time : 2.00 pm.
